Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open SpillScam and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete Account, then Yes, Delete.
3. If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked. This also removes SpillScam from your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple list.

Deletion happens immediately.

Can't use the app?

Email contact@khenitech.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my SpillScam account. We'll confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

What is deleted

• Your SpillScam account (sign-in with Google or Apple)
• Your profile: name, email address and profile photo link
• Your scan history and your lists
• Your preferences, including your allergen and diet profile
• Your votes on product results
• Your daily AI usage counters

What is kept

• Product records and compliance results in SpillScam's shared product database. These are not linked to your name or email.
• Issue reports you submitted, kept so our team can review product results. Your account ID and email address are removed from them, so they are no longer linked to you.
