SpillScam ("we", "us", "our") is a product compliance scanning application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse product barcodes and provide informational compliance assessments across multiple global markets.
The app is operated by KheniTech, a sole proprietorship of Dharmesh Tulshibhai Kheni (GSTIN 24CAFPK6077E1ZR, Udyam UDYAM-GJ-22-0445790), 3rd Floor, Plot 15, Sangana Row House, P-1, Shyam Dham Chowk, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India ("KheniTech", "we", "us") and is available on iOS and Android.

SpillScam is not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SpillScam. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deletion permanently removes your scan history, shopping lists, and personal data from our servers.

SpillScam and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the app interface, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by KheniTech and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Product data contributed to the shared database by scanning remains available to all users of the app. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use product images you submit to improve the service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SpillScam (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the app. Your continued use of SpillScam after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SpillScam at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may stop using the app at any time. Sections 2, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
